Navigating Your Mind Therapy is seeking licensed clinicians (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC) to join our team of talented and caring therapists. You can work remotely from anywhere in Idaho, or join our team at our office in Idaho Falls.

You’ll have the flexibility to take on as large or as small of a caseload as you would like, practicing in person at our office in Idaho Falls, ID or from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of clients' mental health, trauma history, and symptoms to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

  • Conduct one-on-one in-person or tele-therapy sessions.

  • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their emotions, thoughts, and traumatic experiences.

  • Coordinate care with other mental health professionals, medical staff, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed to practice in the state of Idaho, or working towards your licensure. Most of our staff are licensed LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPCs.

  • Self-motivated and self-managing. We'll set you up for success and trust you to manage your time and client load.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to establish rapport with clients to create a trusting therapeutic relationship.

  • Sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

  • Adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining strict confidentiality in all interactions with clients and their information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • The ideal candidate will understand family systems, trauma, individual therapy, family therapy, and other treatments to help our clients. Experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • $30 - $55 per billable hour, depending on experience. ($60,000-$110,000 per year)

  • Paid supervision for clinical licensure.
