Lauren’s Background and Experience

  • Education and Training:
    Lauren Jensen earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Kentucky. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Idaho (License #44817). Her education laid a strong foundation for her evidence-based, client-focused approach to therapy.

  • Clinical Experience:
    Lauren works with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger, identity exploration, attachment wounds, relationship stress, and unresolved trauma. She supports her clients in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intersect—helping them build insight, reduce distress, and move toward lasting emotional well being.
