Many of my clients face challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, and are seeking a supportive space to explore and overcome these obstacles. They value self-growth and are motivated to build healthier relationships, enhance self-awareness, and develop effective coping skills.”

Vanessa’s Background and Experience

  • Education and Training:
    Vanessa earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and is licensed in the state of Idaho (License #1761669). She brings specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, grief and loss therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices that offer practical, effective tools for change.

    Vanessa has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. She also works with clients exploring identity, navigating open or nontraditional relationships, and seeking to improve self-worth.

    Vanessa’s therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. She believes in walking alongside clients through the healing process and tailoring each session to their specific needs.
